I am a recent graduate from the University of Phoenix in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. My work experience and academic achievement together developed my knowledge and skills that harness the power behind my established management strategy skills prepared me to enter the boardroom. This combination of both vocational and educational created the recipe that strengthens my business knowledge and sharpens my decision-making competence. The courses I took like; Operations Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation in the following areas of business: management, human capital management, business law, organizational leadership, economics, accounting, applied business research & statistics; with focuses on the development of core communication competencies, emphasizes on interpersonal communication with small group, large organization, and mass communication, including business communication, cultural diversity, intercultural communication, conflict resolution, legal and ethical issues, media, future trends, and new development in communication technology; sharpened my dexterity, and broaden the extent of my ability to be more innovative. I obtained my Bachelor degree in computer science on October the 7th, 2013 with a 3.5 GPA. I also obtained my associate degree in networking on January the 29th, 2012 with a 3.54 GPA.
If there's a job to be done, I am counted on to put my shoulder to the wheel. I like to work with people who carry their weight. I appreciate having clear-cut responsibilities, recognition for my dedication, and achievements. My work history very rich, my accomplishments highly valuable, and additionally, I have a unique personal experience that obviously will influence the surrounding in a very positive way. I am responsible and loyal to an organization once I sign on. Practical and down-to-earth, I believe in following the rules and cooperating with others. I work steadily within the system, loyal, in for the long run, discipline, and a team-worker. I have fun with friends, and quite serious about my duties and responsibilities. I am meticulous about schedules and have sharp eyes for proper procedures. I am very cautious, and look before I leap. I also believe in law and order, respect for the authority, and have a fundamental sense of right and wrong. I honor customs and traditions so strongly and bring stability to this ever evolving modern and fast world.
I do things right and also do the right things. I influence, guide in direction, lead the course, take responsible action, and express honest opinion. I encourage, influence, motivate, inspire, empathize, train, evaluate, and reward to achieve the desired results. I also plan, direct, organize, control, coordinate, procure, and distribute human and material resources necessary to succeed. I practice what I preach. I am a manager, a leader, a worker, trans-actor and a transformer. I am not timid to learn, train, practice, and master new processes, ideas, or procedures. I say what I mean, mean what I say, and even when I am right, the person is more important than my opinion.
In business, while I was simultaneously managing Import and Export Company, I signed a contract with Amoco Oil Company, became All Star Dealer within the first year, and awarded three new locations. I formed a joint venture with Novik and Company. I acquired and managed an auto part store in Boca Raton, Florida. I negotiated a contract with BASF to sell overrun paints to China, and a similar one with Du Pont to sell Titanium Dioxide to the third world. I secured a concession with Sears to build gas stations and convenient stores at the majority of Sears’s stores nationwide. I designed, developed, and tested an electronic funds transfer system (EFT), and secured the trademark name EZ Funds™.
